Sales Account Executive

Close enterprise deals and earn uncapped commission helping startups get SOC 2 certified.

Sales Remote

As our Sales Account Executive, you'll be the first conversation most founders have with SocBridge. You'll identify prospects, run discovery calls, build pipeline, and close deals for our flagship done-for-you SOC 2 certification service. Because we're a lean, early-stage team, you'll have direct access to leadership and a short feedback loop between the field and the product. Compensation is fully commission-based with no ceiling — the more you close, the more you earn. This role suits someone who is energized by outbound prospecting, comfortable talking to technical and non-technical founders alike, and motivated by building something from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across SaaS startup segments
  • Run discovery calls to understand each prospect's SOC 2 stage, timeline, and urgency
  • Present and demo the SocBridge service, handling objections and tailoring the pitch
  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch through signed agreement
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs in CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning, and deal strategy

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to SaaS founders or technical buyers
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Comfortable with commission-only structures and motivated by uncapped upside
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain complex compliance concepts simply
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 or security/compliance space is a plus, not a requirement
  • Self-directed and able to operate without hand-holding

Compensation

Commission only. Competitive commission rate on closed deals with no cap. High-performing reps can earn $100K+ annually based on deal volume.
